Need ideas to enjoy my new DSL
Ok, i just bought myself a new house and i am actually in an area where not only can i get dail-up faster then 28000 but i can also get DSL which i now have, yippeee. My only problem is i can't seem to remember 90% of all the things i always said i would want to look at or try out on the web if i got high speed. Only thing i keep going back to is getting music, which after a couple weeks still fascinates me at how fast i can d/l a song. Anyways, any ideas on some cool stuff would be appreciated.....even point out what might seem like obvious stuff because i am drawing a complete blank. Thanks in advance......

Well, viewing randomly entertaining sites like www.homestarrunner.com or www.zefrank.com will be a lot more fun now that you don't have to wait for all the flash graphics etc. to load.
You can download ESPNMotion, and now you can look at the various video clips they'll post to go with their stories. Downloading games and patches just got a lot easier. Far less sexy, but probably most importantly, if you use Windows then utilizing Windows Update just got a lot easier. Be sure to keep up to date with the critical updates that address security flaws. |

yeah we definetly noticed d/l just got a lot faster so like you suggested we have been starting to keep the windows updates up to date for once...........so far nice suggestions, i know this because i actually have the ability to have checked some of it out already....i love this...lol

movie previews and trailers are much easier to get. I went completely crazy the other day and downloaded almost all the Matrix trailers possible
