You're talking about the tabletop game? I'm a warhammer addict but I've never really tried the LOTR games. If you want to get together and play let me know. I have a large warm basement and entirely too many models....

I am playing. I did take a short hiatus right before Moria came out, but I've started back in pretty heavy. I love the changes. The legendary weapon system is kinda neat, though not what I expected. So far, I've only had one second age drop, and it was a pretty crappy hunter spear.

I quit pretty early on, before any of the big expansion areas came out(I actually don't know how much new content has been released). The problem when I quit was that I didn't feel there was anything except for Tolkein lore to differentiate this game from WoW. Has that changed?

Never played WOW and couldn't tell you. Most of the players I play with are former WOW players that would never go back.

I'm Floran on Gladden and am a member of Dragon Snacks (solid guild. Not uber, but not "we'll take anybody" either. Big, and does all the end game stuff). Send me a message. I have a couple of alts I'd like to level.

I was mostly talking about the computer MMO but I would like to try tabletop Warhammmer . Havent played Warhammer since the the 80's when hobby stores were still in existence.Well, moreso than now. And it was the the 40,000 version in space... Man, that was looong ago!

I used to play mostly board war games so it would take me a bit to get into the swing of things though, if we did mini's.....

But going back to LOTRO-Moria.. I spend most of my time on Brandywine.Running around presently as Papieros, Beton or Tyrcha

I am also playing. I just reached Level 49 with my first Toon (a Hunter), and have my sights set on Moria. I am in new Eregion now.
