A sad day for my fellow Star Trek Fans

"The First lady of Star Trek" Majel Barrett Roddenberry has died at age 76 from leukemia.

It makes me sad. I always liked Lwxana Troi. She and her sassy ways always made me laugh.

I hope she finished recording her voice for the new movie. The computer wouldn't be the computer without her.

I read that she apparantly did finish so that's good news at least. I too liked Lwxana Troi. One of my all-time favorite episodes of TNG was a serious one with her when Deanna had to go in her mind to figure out what secret she was keeping before it killed her

I was saddened to hear of her passing. She will forever be remembered as the voice of the USS Enterprise.

She was always such a huge part of gene's life and was a part of everything that was ever related to Star Trek. it was her steadfastness that kept the entire genre alive and following gene's vision after he died. I am very saddened to know that she is gone.

Build a better next world Majel. We will miss you.
