FOFC Detroit Area Get Togehter
Seems like the hip thing to do, and seeing as there are a lot of people in the vicinity of Detroit, I was wondering if people are in for some form of gathering.
I was thinking December 4th, which is a Thursday. Wings are playing and it's in that slot enough time after Thanksgiving and enough time before Christmas where people are probably in town. Obviously everything is flexible, but I figured I'd toss it out there. |

Two points:
1.) Way to make it sound like you came up with all the details. 2.) Everything is flexible, just like your mom. |

DeTox, thanks for coming up with all the details! That was awesome. Very impressive that you came up with all that on your own.
I'd be totally down for a get together. I usually have very little going on during the week and I think my boss may be out of town for a good portion of that week. If DeTox's mom is there, all the better!

Of course. In that case, however, we should plan it on a night the Devils are playing. We could have everyone over at Honolulu_Blue Estates and watch the Broduerless Devils flail around on the ice. I will even invite my brother's brother-in-law into town. He's the trainer for the Grand Rapids Rampage. You guys can talk Arena football. It will be super!

Fine. I'm going to form a Splinter Party with Pumpy, his cousin Tanya, and the trainer from the Rampage, Steve.

Cool. We can work together to come up with a workable plan for your dog barking problem.

We were thinking about a location earlier. 24 Seconds would be good for the Berkley/Royal Oak contingent but could be a bit of a hike for other folks. Any suggestions?

What time are you guys thinking? Royal Oak is a little bit of a drive, but if I'm the only Eastsider I don't mind.

Moved out of Berkley, but I like the Berkley Front or 24 Seconds if the Wings are on.

I've driven by 24 Seconds hundreds of times, but I don't think I've ever been inside.

Might have to go next door for a good beer, but 24 seconds is nice to watch a game

I'd be in for a Friday or Saturday event... but Thursday night just doesn't work.
