Thanks for the kind words all. I am suprised I won this time around, I felt I was not going to make it. Once again I brought up a AAA player and threw him in the lineup to start vs LH without any testing because I just was not happy with my lineup.
Ever since my huge free agency departure a few seasons ago, my hitting has slowly gotten worse each year. I'm having to use magic and duct tape to get the hitting to work each season. I felt that I didn't have very many good Right handed bats this year, so focused mainly on defense in a lineup vs LHP. I also quietly hoped DC would go with his better Righty pitchers rather than his leftys that might not be as good, but probably would do well against my team. I hope Inman wins another MVP this year in what probably is his last super-productive year that he has left. |

For magic number:
Monument Park from RF stands: Closer shot of the retired numbers. Who can guess all the names attached to those numbers without looking them up? Mound shot from the first base side after the game Field logo shot One of my best shots, obviously from behind home plate And here's for next year...

Yeah, I realized at about 10:30 when I was going to bed, that I still had until tonight to resign my guys. I just went to the schedule, saw Sunday and contract extensions, but I never glanced down to Monday's part of the schedule Whew.

Bill Hackwell is a 24-year old outfielder who has the chance to actually play everyday. He's on the block, as I figure he can probably help someone out. Asking price isn't too crazy.
