Grohl is just so energetic. And funny. He harped on their triangle guy for a few minutes, and then got the guy to do a triangle solo... "You won't see this at a Rage Against the Machine concert!"

Their drummer had a kick-ass 5-minute drum solo too. Dave and their guitarist Chris had a guitar duel. The drummer also got everyone to do some voice sing-along thing.

The set was neat with four big monitors behind them, and a catwalk going forward to some circle thing. Half-way through the show, another stage lowered onto the circle thing and they did acoustic stuff on that smaller stage, which was close to where I sat.

Really really good show.

I've seen the foo fighters 4 or 5 times now, (a couple normal shows, and the acoustic tour), and Grohl is, IMO, one of the best front men in music. He just absolutely carries the show.
