Is this the most absurd defence in a murder trial ever?
A man fighting a murder/rape charge, his defence? He didn't kill her, he just had sex with her dead body. The mind boggles.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/7228325.stm I don't generally believe in the death penalty, but if someone is willing to admit being a Jack, for whatever reason, no-one would deserve summary justice more than this guy.

I was going to crack a joke about the Chewbacca defense until I clicked on the link. That's seriously f'd up. Yeah, no trial needed. Take this guy out back and put a bullet in his head.
