Disease of the week

How many of you have had shingles? I'm currently going through that wonderfully painful disease, and let me tell you it is a blast. Nothing like having chicken pox come back 100x more painfull. What fun! The only good thing about it so far is the pain killers. Pretty cool.

Funny, because they are pretty close. I told my wife before I knew what it was that I would say I have monkeypox except I haven't been anywhere near a groundhog.

A guy at work has them too. Does anybody happen to know how they are spread? A guy at work has them also, and I usually talk to him daily. Granted, there has never been any kissing, but you never know these days. . .
