My grandfather told me a long time ago, "Son, in this world you get what you pay for. Unless you deal with those sons of bitches at the Hardee's drive-through."

I read the FAQ...they sell credits to use in the game, so I guess that's how they'll make their server upkeep. I think i'll give it a try, though.

Nice concept and tried it in beta and didn't care for it.

I played for about an hour tonight...not too bad, and for free, it's hard to complain. The text from the NPCs seems like it was translated from another language, but combat was standard fare with pretty graphics to boot. I'll mess around with it for a while, but it might be boring for hardcore MMOers.

I think this is partly why I didn't like it. The text seemed poorly translated (I think somewhere along the lines, there was a Korean company involved or was translated from Korean). Plus, the game seemed based on Anime and I felt at times I was fighting characters from Pokemon or something along those lines. Otherall, just didn't feel like there was much to distinguish itself from WoW which I was playing heavily at the time. Wish I could add more but, the game just didn't stick with me.

Speaking of online games, anyone tried EVE Online yet? Is it worth it?

I also like i can just train skills and take some time away and still raise my skills. I would recommand trying the game out and joining eve university then decied what you want to be doing in game from there. If you have any questions you can pm me. |
