I have a quick question I can't seem to find an answer to. I picked up the game Top Spin (yeah, I'm a little behind the times) this weekend at Toys R Us for $10, and I'm trying to figure out how in the hell to set the difficulty level in career mode. I don't see any way to do it, and I can't tell what difficulty level I'm playing on. I also can't seem to figure out how to change the number of games per set to anything other than 3, although a couple of Amazon reviews I read seem to suggest that 3 is the only setting for the number of games in career mode - which, if true, is hard to understand.

I guess I can live with that, but how do you change the difficulty level or know what difficulty level you are playing on? The only thing I've tried so far is setting up an exhibition game and changing it there, but I can't tell if it applies those settings to games in career mode. I set the difficulty level to normal in exhibition mode, then started a career, but I won my first tournament without losing a game, so I'm wondering whether I'm still on easy.

Anyone remember this game well enough to know the answer?

I still find it hard to believe the only time you can play a full 6-game set is in exhibition...!
