I purchased 200 slim jewel cases off ebay. When I received them, 82/200 were damaged. I wrote to the selling company who was very courteous, requesting photos showing the damage. They then informed me that UPS would be contacting me regarding picking all 200 up for return, and I would recieve a refund once they received the return.
I never heard from UPS, then the seller never responded to any more of my emails. I filed a claim with paypal and received an offer of $14.36 for a partial refund. I turned it down, since I purchased from another seller another 200 when I was asked to return all 200. Now in order to procede, Paypal sends this: Quote:
