You need a kicker, right?

Couldn't find this link posted anywhere here, so I thought I would share. Pretty amazing demonstration by Neil Rackers.

That just can't be real. If it is, he should already be signed up for the NFL Hall of Fame because he could fake a lot of dramatic kicks, by barely making it in.

I don't know. That last kick looked like it was going left, and you couldn't follow the flight of the ball until just before it hit the right upright. Add to that the fact that this is an ad for NFL.com's fantasy football game, and I'm chocking it up to creative advertising, ala that basketball ad from a year or two ago which was made to look like a real practice and someone was hitting shots from all the way down at the other end of the court.

Didn't Eddie Murray (the former Lions kicker, not the baseball player) kick a basketball into the hoop from the other side of the court at a Pistons game or something like that, a few years back?

Fake. Same technology they used for the Lebron warming up commercial.

too bad the object is to kick the ball THROUGH the uprights, not hit them.

I haven't, but I'm going to guess that they edited some video to make it look like he throws six interceptions to the Rams in a single game or something, right? Yeah, that would be pretty some pretty funny editing if they actually did that and put it in a commercial. Even better, make it a playoff game. That would have me howling.
