Unhappy Prayers Please

My roommate, who is one of my best friends, just found out that his father had a heart attack, and has gone through heart surgery. He is in stable condition, but is still experiencing pain, and apparently will have to go through another procedure in the near future. If you could keep him in your thoughts and prayers, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks you guys. It hits home because my father just had a minor hospital visit, and it was the first time I've seen him really done up. It was nothing serious, but enough to put him out of comission for two days, and there's just something about seeing your father in that state that really takes it out of you. I can really feel for him, and I wish there was something more I could do.

You're friend's dad'll be in my prayers tonight, too.

Actually, my father's going through surgerey now as well.

So I can understand how he's feeling.

My mom had a very serious heart attack when she was in her mid 40's. She had to have back to back surgeries and came close to dying multiple times. Now, she is doing reasonably well and has done so for the last several years. However, those were the scariest days/weeks that I have ever experienced in my life. Your friend will certainly be in my prayers.

Thanks a lot guys. He's still in stable condition, but also still experiencing pain. No word yet on if/when they're going to put him in for surgery again.
