After my first season with the 1.5 patch:

McNeese St. has joined the Western Athletic Conference
Western Kentucky has joined the Western Athletic Conference
Gonzaga has joined the Pac-10 Conference
Cal-Davis has joined the West Coast Conference

2nd season:

none

3rd season:

Pepperdine has joined the Pac-10 Conference
Utah Valley St. has joined the West Coast Conference

When these teams move conferences...does anyone leave the conference or has the PAC-10 become the PAC-12?

Anyone who plays a low level team in a low level conference ever see their team move?
