Ultimate Fighter 3 Finale (Spoilers)
Anyone watching this tonight?
Bisping vs Haynes and Herman vs Grove. I think both fights could be pretty good if the underdogs bring their A game. I think Bisping is gonna be the only breakout fighter of the group but I could Haynes taking a beating before going down, he just seems like a scrappy type of fighter. Grove vs Herman should be the match of the night. I keep hearing about how good Herman is but he wasn't overly impressive during the show and I think Kendall has alot of poise and heart. I guess Stout vs Florian is the main event as the winner of that will proably be positioned pretty highly in the lightweight rankings. On the undercard I hope they at least show Matt Hamills fight, I'm intrigued to see him fight more. His pedigree is so good but I don't think he looked all that great during his fight and I'd love to see what Tito has done with him in between then and now. Hell of a first fight. I gotta believe that Jardine will get the decision with the takedown in round 3. I don't think i've ever seen a fight with so many blistering leg kicks.

herman definately taking it to kendall in round one there, a bit surprisingly. let's see if ed can refrain from gassing later in the fight...

What a hell of a 2nd round. I think it's 1-1 here and Herman is gassed. Could the Ortiz stamina come into effect here?

They let that fight go on about 20 seconds too long.

Really quality show tonight. Florian, Hamill and Bisping got a good rub from it. It's amazing how UFC can book real fighters better than wrestling can book fake fighters.

Didn't realize we had a thread on this, but great show last night. The Herman Kendal fight was excellent. Bisping is the one with the real future though.
Good night of fights. Let's hope Wednesday's (or is it Thursday?) show on Spike is good as well. |
