Question Dinner?

Since the wife is picking up Coug Jr. from day-care today, I'm thinking I'll stop off and get some take-out Chinese on the way home.

Szechuan chicken, pork fried rice, maybe some egg foo yung.

Just thought I'd share that.

I had Chinese last night. Shrimp and Snow Peas, while my wife had the house Lo Mein.

I have no idea what's for dinner tonight. Something with crumbled hamburger. Could be spaghetti , could be tacos , could be impossible cheeseburger pie

I had Wendys. Does it get better than a spicy chicken sandwich?

I just sampled the new Hardee's menu for the first time since they revamped it completely (again).

Not great but better than before. More expensive (smallest burger is 1/3 pound w/ cheese for $2.95) but at least you can believe these have had a passing acquaintance with a cow at some point.

Good job Fritz. What is your secret?

(or is this just the "I ate tons of chocolate for Easter, and haven't been able to stand the site of a chocolate bunny ear for the past two weeks"?)

Pepe's Special from Herrera's.

Two hard tacos; one beef and one chicken. They both have all of the fixins' but the beef taco has about an ounce of guacamole on it.

One beef tamale covered in cheese and chili sauce.
One beef burrito, also covered in cheese and chili sauce. The beef is cut into stew sized chunks, so it's more like a roast burrito.

Flour tortillas and all the hot sauce you can eat.

Plus the best bean soup in the country before dinner.

I'm stuffed, but we don't get to go out very often these days. Lucky for us the baby is visiting her grandparents!

Write it down, guys. We are going after the game!

Good old Woodstock's for me...that makes 522 consecutive days when at least one of my meals has been pizza of some sort. That's just gross.

Am I the only one who actually cooked my own dinner?

Rosemary pork chops with rosemary/olive oil potatoes and salad. There's a reason why I almost ended up in the gluttony circle of hell on the Dante test: some people smoke, some people drink, I enjoy good food. I'm suprised I'm not obese.

Chicken Tostada. A break from my normal chicken quesadilla and one fish taco.

I tried a Baja Fresh in Kansas City a few months ago on business. I would never goto Taco Bell again if we had one of those here in St. Louis. My mouth's watering just thinking about that place.

I did too, if you consider hamburger helper cooking. Turned out well though, with some string beans on the side.

dawgfan, I still enjoy calzones every now and then...
