Draft file editor update

Version 1.3

List of additions:
* opening and editing of FOF4 beginning roster files (*.fdt) Adding/deleting of players not possible yet, use Jim's editor that came with FOF4 for that.
*conversion of FOF4 draft files to FOF3 or FOF2 format
* entering hometowns with correct state. Just "Columbus" will give "Columbus, GA", but "Columbus, OH" with the state abbr in CAPS will work.
* replacing text in a column. The selected cell and all below in the same column will be edited with the entered text.

Dola.
In case that anyone cares , I've corrected a small mistake in the setup script and uploaded the patched archive.

A bit I forgot to explain yesterday - the "replace text" function also works with a smaller selection (click and highlight), but only in the same column. Selection also has to be done from the top and going down.

Finally, the 1985 and 2000 draft files that were added to Senator's site recently has been converted to FOF3 and FOF2 formats and included in the archive below.

This zip file contains all the available historical draftfiles for all versions of FOF (except FOF1):

I have made a small bug fix, and added a requested functionality.

* The original FOF4 players.fdt file caused a crash, this is now fixed.
* When opening a roster file, you can adjust the experience of all players in the file with either positive or negative numbers using the "Experience change" option in the "Edit" menu.

That's a very nice addition.

Good job as usual 3ric!

Nice work 3ric. Nice work indeed. I have a couple of more ideas to pass your way.
What about
- In the draft file editor you can see the player name and cell data in the footer, is this possible for the roster editor as well?
- For the draft file editor can you make it so the ratings you enter are out of 100.
Not sure what the best way to do the second one is. Not a big deal, i would be very happy with entering the numbers out of 100 and displayed as the between 375 and 625 ratings.

I haven't been able to find a solution that works, my previous attempts all caused a program crash ...
