Fantasy Baseball Question (Ping: Cleveland folks)

So I'm fairly happy with my main fantasy baseball team. My major weakness is probably Starting Pitching -- but our league has no innings maximum, so I usually stream my SPs anyways. That being said...

There are a few decent SPs on the waiver wire, and I have the #1 priority thanks to my #10 slot in the draft. The guy that piques my curiousity most is Cleveland SP Cliff Lee. Cy Young candidate last year, but he basically just had a lot of wins and a pretty good ERA. Is he worth a shot on my team? Here are my other options (all guys who have been dropped since the draft):

SP Freddy Garcia (ChW)
SP Cliff Lee (CLE)
SP Daniel Cabrera (BAL)
SP Francisco Liriano (MIN)

None of them seem to be stand-out pitchers to me, but all seem like better options than some (most?) of my SPs:

Noah Lowry
Joe Blanton
Matt Cain
Jon Garland
Aaron Heilman
Greg Maddux
Gustavo Chacin
Ryan Madson

There are no notable offensive guys on the waiver wire. None of these SPs seem overly worthy of the #1 waiver priority, but hanging on to the #1 waiver slot seems sort of pointless as well. What do you guys think?

Not sure about Lee, but Dan Cabrera is going to break out sooner than later. Hopefully he does working with Mazzone.

Cleveland is expected to contend for the division this season and Cliff Lee is a decent pitcher. He should be worth picking up.

Judging from who is on your team and who is available, I would pick up Cabrera and Lee and drop Chacin and Madson. Lee is going to be solid and has some experience. I think Cabrera is a strike out machine and will out perform both Chacin and Madson

Lee is Cleveland's Ace - C.C. is our opening day starter but Cliff is a much better pitcher than C.C.

Lee will win over 15 with a mid 3.00 E.R.A - he's a solid pick.

Agreed. I'm shocked that he's still on your league's waiver wire. He's a much better pitcher than C.C. Grab him now.

Absolutely take Cliff Lee. Isn't Heilman going into the Mets' bullpen?

I'd hold onto Madson. Madson has done nothing this spring to suggest that his transformation to the starting rotation is a mistake. Cabrera may have more strikeouts but, I would say Madson will outperform him in ERA/Whip and possibly Ws.. Having said that, Heilman is being bounced to the pen for now.. probably will be back as a 4/5 starter in a month or so... Cain has been struggling in the spring and is still young..
