FS - Xbox360 Premium - Sealed!
Anyone want to buy a XBOX360 Premium? Got in this past monday at BestBuy. Currently unopened with receipt. Let me know.
Edit: Ask TerpKristin for a ref if you need one. Very reputable and honest. Edit2: Just having second thoughts about it and wouldn't mind making a small profit on it and help out a fellow FOFCer who might really want one but just can't find one. Either way, I'll get my money back if I return it. This will stay open for a few hours, I'll return it tonight if nobody's interested. Last edited by Philliesfan980 : 01-21-2006 at 11:43 AM. |

Philliesfan, if it's open, I would encourage you not to return it, because Best Buy will *not* resell an opened game console.
You'll get your money back, but that'll be one fewer unit available to somebody who really wants one. What I would do is if you can't find a buyer here, snoop around at local game shops. I'd stay away from the chains, but if you've a Mom & Pop shop, they might be okay with you hooking one of their customers up. Barring either of those, you could donate it to a Children's Hospital and get a tax deduction for it. I'm mostly just trying to think in perspective of people who've been looking for one since November, or, like the sick kids, might otherwise not have any expectation of getting to play one who would benefit more from the unit than from having it sent back to Microsoft. Your decision and your money, obviously. I just want to make sure you realize that unlike EBGames/GameStop, a returned 360 to Best Buy will not re-enter the channel. |

Dola,
Re-read your post, and it looks like it's unopened. If that's the case, Best Buy will re-sell it and it's all good. I was speaking from the "if it's opened" perspective, which I think I said in my last post. |

Thanks for the reply Sack,
I've got a couple interested parties from a few different sources, so I'm going to see how they pan out. Giving to a hospital would be a great idea, however right now, I would like to get my money back. I'm still only 25, with a mortgage, car payment, other monthly donations which come out automatically, I would need to plan a little in advance before giving such a gift to a hospital (save up for a few months). But its a great idea, seeing their faces would be priceless, maybe something to think about come this christmas. |
