CM Help

I have been playing hattrick for a while and had a good deal of success so I figured I could handle CM4. Boy, was I wrong. I have no clue what the hell is going on in this game. Does anyone have any links or advice for complete and utter newbies who know nothing about the game or football?

It's a pretty good site.

They just put up a tips and help file on SI Games as well.
