I think it's okay as long as it's postmarked today.

Depends- is this a mailbox that gets picked up daily (ie a postal mailbox) or something like an apartment complex or home mailbox where they would pick it up Monday.

Us, it's random- we get mail anywhere between about noon and 5pm, tho, yeah, usually it's around 2pm. My wife talks about how when she lived on a farm, they would get it in the morning
