Wireless Router Help
I have a Netgear 801.11b router mounted on my wall. It came with the house. The way that the previous owner wired the house, the router essentially has to hang on the wall, otherwise the wires will show, or not be able to connect. I've never really been able to use wireless because my laptop was not configured for it, and I never had a need. Mrs. SC got ner new laptop today, and it has an integrated wireless card, so I thought I'd upgrade the router. I went to Fry's, and bought a Netgear 801.11g 54mbps. When I got it home, I found that it doesn't have the capability of hanging on the wall (no mounting holes on the back). The Netgear customer support is nonexistent (I tried the phone and the website to get some help), and I browsed their forums to get some advice, and was distressed by the number of pissed off people on there. Knowing that support forums are populated by unhappy customers anyway, I thought I'd come here and ask: Should I keep my Netgear, and if so, how do I hang it on the wall?
