Post Season
Brown is invited to the NIT as a 10 seed and will face Nebraska in the opening round. They win by 10, 68-58.
In the first round, they face the #2 seed, Wisconsin-Milwaukee and beat them at the buzzer, 45-43 to move on to the 2nd round.
Our NCAA representative is Holy Cross and they are an 11 seed, facing #6 seeded St. John’s. Holy Cross gives them everything they can handle, but in the end St. John’s prevailed, 70-67.
In the 2nd round of the NIT, Brown will face 3rd seeded Notre Dame. Brown pulls off another upset and continues to advance in the NIT with a 72-60 victory!
In the 4th round, Brown will face the top seeded Crimson Tide for a shot at going to MSG for the NIT Final Four. Brown’s streak finally comes to an end, 66-54, but they have advanced farther in the post season than any other Ivy League school has ever done.

PG John Craven was named to the Ivy League 2nd team
SF Julius Fielding was named to the Ivy League 1st team. I suspected a bug in the conference team selections for years now, but this has to be one. Fielding was not even one of our top 3 players. He average 4.3 and 7.6 this season.
