A lot players are still malnourished. Smh.

Body types are still horrible.

Please come out with a patch to fix these overly skinny players.

I think you guys need to give up hope on body type updates this year. Has 2k ever indicated that they plan on addressing this complaint? I don't think they've ever released updates in this area and graphical/visual updates alone are rare for 2k. There was a member here that complained about the Bucks court for, at least, a couple years and it still wasn't fixed until the second or third patch for 2k17.

My guess is that with all the complaints 2k received about body types they will do a major update and overhaul to this area for next year's game.

Yeah hopefully. Its just hard for me to see how 2k didn't look at these at these body types before they released the game and think to themselves "hmmm something seems a little off here."

I'm not sure either. I'm usually not one to care, complain, or even notice issues with body types but this year there is a weird combination of players that either look malnourished or look like every gym day is shoulders day.

I'd like to see an update too but I this point I'd rather just accept that "it is what it is" rather than being disappointed with every update because body types weren't addressed. If they end up releasing an update that improves body types that would be great but I'm not getting my hopes up. I just hope that for next year it is one of the main areas of concern when it comes to the visual department. There's no excuse for ignoring the problem for 2k18

Very nice update as usually Beds.

Knocking on the door of a 90 overall rating

The thing that irks me the most is that they already have body types in the game that better represent those players. They wouldn't even need to create those body types, just change them.

I wish people would automatically get the ban hammer for mentioning body types, or people need to stop playing the game expecting it to change.

MKG also was moved way down to a 76 in this update. 2K has to start giving/take away some badges from guys as they make or break a player. Off the top of my head Sean Kilpatrick should have Mircowave, Corner Specialist, D.R. Deadeye, & Catch & Shoot. His 78 or 79 OVR is meaningless if he can't make the shots he makes IRL.

I don't know why anybody would expect "art" updates.

It would just reinforce the fact that they don't need to drop a new iteration every year. They rather have you believe it's all final and coded.

Jarbari Parker might need a 3 pointer boost. He's at 79 now (O3 aka Open 3). He just went 4-5 from 3 last night. But also shooting 38% on the year.

I also was looking at some other ratings like shoot off the dribble for a few players that have been knocking down shots off the dribble but it's impossible to do it with them in this game.

I think KP is only like 43 off the dribble from mid range.

What Jabari really needs is his speed and acceleration increased. 74 speed? 70 with ball? 74 acceleration? 2k ratings do not represent his explosiveness.

Lucas Nogueira of the Raptors needs a big boost all around (hands, defense, free throw, speed, dunk, rebounding). He's been the best big man off the bench for them. He's got a 2.6 STL% and a 8.4 BLK% (per 36 that's: 1.8 STL and 3.5 BLK.. only big man in the league with those numbers).

Also Patrick Patterson needs a lateral quickness boost. He's one of the quickest PFs in the league on defense.

This I totally agree with!! Should be around 80-85. I think Giannis is 88 right now.

One of the things I wanted to ask in general from everyone was bagdes for certain players. The Floater badge.... Some big men definitely need this badge. Players like AD and Brook Lopez. At least sliver

Very happy to see Love starting to get some respect. Nice bump for Liggins too.
