Updating MLB Bobblehead Pros for 2012

With its untimely July release date, limited marketing budget and a PS3 version that never made it out of Japan, last year's MLB Bobblehead Pros was a commercial failure, despite favorable reviews.
With no Power Pros game in Konami's portfolio this year, fans of the franchise are left to update the game themselves.
Here are some gameplay settings that will get the most-realistic ballgame possible out of MLB Bobblehead Pros:

Controller Setup CPU Batting Skill -- Legend CPU Pitching Skill -- Legend CPU Running Skill -- Legend CPU Fielding Skill -- Legend Human Batting Cursor -- Low Assist Game Settings Pitch Speed -- Fast In-Game Pause Menu CPU Pitch Cursor -- Off |
If you struggle to hit the ball using "Low Assist," try bumping the setting up to "Little Assist," then take it back down to "Low Assist" after you get comfortable.
To turn off the CPU's pitch cursor, you need to start up an actual game, pause, then choose "Controller Settings." Your team's options will be displayed first, so hit "OK" on your team's screen to bring up the CPU team's settings. Now find the "Pitch Cursor" option under the list of CPU settings and turn it off. Any changes you make from the in-game pause menu will save permanently.
Roster Updates
Konami put out an official roster update last year in October, but don't expect anything from Konami this year now that all of the planned DLC is out and the game has flopped commercially.
There are two options for making manual roster adjustments: team-to-team trades and player editing.
To edit players, you must first purchase the MLB Bobblehead Battle DLC for $5. Unlocking the editor lets you adjust players' name, appearance, attributes and tendencies.
Without the Bobblehead Battle DLC, trades are the only way to make changes to the default roster.
Edited rosters, unfortunately, cannot be shared online, as the roster data is bound to the game file instead of being its own separate file like in most sports titles. Here is a list of major off-season additions to help you update the rosters:
