Carmona demoted and Indians rotation in July

I am a little surprised in seeing that Carmona as demoted, but not to AAA, to Rookie ball to work on his mechanics. If he doesn't correct it soon, his career is probably over. Now with the rotation in shambles, 4 starters on the DL, Carmona down to rookie ball, and a couple pitchers from AAA making their debut, this is how I see the rotation when everyone is off the DL in late June-early July:

1. Cliff Lee
2. Carl Pavano
3. Jake Westbrook
4. Anthony Reyes
5. Scott Lewis

Bullpen: Jeremy Sowers and Aaron Laffey

I think the best thing would be to at least convert Jeremy Sowers to be a long reliever. It could rejuvinate his career. It could even be the future for Laffey. He was one of the Indians best relievers before hitting the DL.
