This baseball season has been hard to bear seeing how my favorite team, the Cleveland Indians, are flat out falling on their faces right out of the gate. Carl Pavano has been a waste of money. No one seems to want to give Cliff Lee the run support he needs to win baseball games. The last 3 starts Lee pitched should have been wins but the offense only mustered 2 runs of support. The offense also strugles with runners in scoring position. That is a prolem and a key stat that needs fixed. You need to score runs to win. It's that simple! Let's not even get into the bulpen. Perez has been a joke, Kobayahi is another waste of money, Betancourt hasn't been the same since the 07 playoffs, and Jensen Lewis is also slow out of the gate. They need to pull a Washington Nationals and, for the exception of Kerry Wood, send the entire bulpen to AAA and bring up a completely new bullpen. Wedge needs to do many things, shake up the lineup, the pitching, everything, or he will be calling the unemployment line by the All-star break.
