My biggest pet peeve while playing any football game is throwing interceptions. I can't stand watching the defender jump and snatch the ball as my receiver keeps running his route oblivious to the concept of preventing an interception. I started a dynasty with Marshall today and threw 4 picks in the first game.

Pick #!: Post over the middle to the TE safety doesn't attempt to look at the ball but instead uses his omnipotence and catches the ball over the shoulder.

ESPN NFL 2K5 Passing

So I just dusted off this old gem and popped it in the XBOX and I noticed something.
There are a lot more dropped balls in this game than Madden 09. Is this just me, I feel like players with lower catch ratings would drop passes an appropriate amount of times compared to the elite receivers? This is referring to playing defense but it is applicable to both. I noticed that my defenders could also jar the ball lose more. Also the QB can throw off target more often. FIFA 10 Hopes and Wishes

I am looking forward to FIFA 10 this year. Although I play and enjoy the current game there are somethings I hope EA will reveal.
Firstly, I want more variety of goals. Every time I'm crashing the box with a striker hoping to put one in the back of the net I feel as though I can predict what type of miss or goal it'll be. The animations feel trite because there are simply not enough.
