Been A Bit Under The Weather...

So I have not been feeling all that well that last week or so, still got some games played, either Quick Managed or actually played. Will not go into a lot of detail, but will post results.

So still in Spring Training, and the Reds are on a 3 game losing streak...Ughh!

March 6th 2018 - Reds acquired 2B Kristopher Negron from Arizona for LF C.J. McElroy, Negron is a former Red and an all around utility player who will start out in AAA.

March 6th 2018 - Reds acquire SP Tanner Scott from Baltimore for SP Keury Mella, Scott is a northeastern Ohio native, thus he probably grew up an Indians fan. That is OK, we like the Indians as our favorite AL team, just not when we are playing them.

Up next the Reds are visiting the Colorado Rockies at their Spring Training facility, geez! Looks familiar.

Played this one, Dynamic settings are creeping up...still around Veteran +.

Despite WAY TOO MANY ERRORS the Reds somehow pulled off a WIN. Losing streak ends. Reds CP Jonathan Broxton blew a save opportunity in the 9th. And it was not until the 13th this one was decided. The 10th inning tie rule for Spring Training games must not apply in MLB The Show.

Next Reds vs the Texas Rangers at home. Still manually playing.

Ahh, good old (Bartolo) Colon. If we (the Reds) were not already past our quota of OLD SP Pitchers, we would have traded for Big Sexy. We felt bad beating up on the old man. The Reds also got their first Shut Out Win.

Next the Reds play two games against the Seattle Mariners, first game at home, the second was an away game. Both manually played, Dynamic setting are creeping towards All Star.

CIN 7 Runs 9 Hits 0 Errors

Gray got roughed up a bit giving up 5 ER in 4 inning and left with the game being tied. Brian Finnegan got the Win in relief, and Jonathan Broxton did not blow the save this time. Good job Broxton.

The Reds record is 13 and 3.
