Before NCAA Football 10 was released, there was lots of hype because of Teambuilder and Season Showdown being added. People were expecting it to be the best yet. It wasn't even close to expectations. Teambuilder looked promising but had many problems and Season Showdown was pretty much fluff to begin with. NCAA Football 06 on the PS2/Xbox still remains the best NCAA of all time.
