FIFA 17 vs PES 17 - make a choice

Initially, I was impressed with what I was reading about regarding FIFA 17 and planned to buy it over PES 17. Not because I thought that PES 17 wouldn't be great but rather because I think PES 16 is one of the greatest sports games ever (including the soundtrack).

Why can't the Pro Evolution Soccer Series include Bundesliga

I prefer Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) over FIFA in just about every way possible. The only reason I play FIFA is because they have the Premier League, Bundesliga and MLS with the teams' actual kits. While PES does have a generic version of the Premier League, they do not include a generic version of Bundesliga which is very frustrating. Why are they able to include a Premier League but not the Bundesliga league?

Why does Madden 15 continue to have freezing issues?

I love playing offline franchise mode on Madden 15 but hate the freezing issue. For me, Madden 15 on PS3 locks up after you complete a game and attempt to look at your statistics. Have contacted Madden and they have told me to delete from my saved data files. How can one of the most successful franchises have this problem?
