From looking at the depth chart before me taking over, this is already a very strong squad capable of challenging on multiple fronts. In Hazard and Mata, we have one of the greatest Winger duo's in the world on paper. The backline is also full of players with vast experience with Ashley Cole, John Terry and Ivanovic being top level Premier League Defenders for the past years.

In the transfer market I will look to get rid of any players who don't add any value to the team. These players include Meireles, Bertrand, Malouda, Mikel, Ferriera and Benayoun while sending all the youngsters out to loan.

I don't see Meireles and Mikel as players who add enough value to the CDM position to stay at the club. In all honesty I wish for a bit more speed in the position in case they get caught up the field. All 3 of Malouda, Ferriera and Benayoun are on the wrong side of 30 and are only expected to have a limited role so it is best to cash in on them, and get a couple youngsters who can fulfill said role. Finally, Bertrand just isn't good enough for the team so I will look to replace him.

TOP TARGETS-
GK- None

RB-Kyle Walker-Even though the chances of this occurring are very very low.
Mario Fernandes-If Walker doesn't work, Fernandes would be a good young RB who would challenge immediately for the sub spot and eventually for the starting role.

LB-David Alaba- A perfect fit for our situation. He is a player who CAN start now but would be of the level of our current LB in a couple of years which would be the time when Cole goes down in level.
Alex Sandro-Kind of like a David Alaba-lite in that he could also use a couple of years on the bench to get to starting Level.

CB- Raphael Varane-A player who would add depth to the CB position and would eventually take over the role of CB1 in the team.
Mamadou Sakho-David Luiz is a capable CB2 who has room to grow. Problem is that to create a Dynasty, Capable isn't enough for a starter. Sakho, at this point, is already better the Luiz and is also 3 years younger. He also has enough speed to cover for Terry's lack of.

CDM-Cabaye-Cabaye has been one of the better CM's in the League for years. He is effective on defense, great on the offense, and has the physical and mental abilities to control the center of the pitch.
Yann M'Vila-Another Frenchman, M'Vila is similar to Cabaye. He is great on defense, effective on the offense(especially as a passer) and has even better physical abilities than Cabaye, as he is much stronger. Also 4 years younger.
Luiz Gustavo- It was between him and Lars Bender, but Gustavo won my attention. A very diverse player, he can play CB,LB or CDM on my squad. Basically has the same Physical stas as M'Vila, he has AMAZING tackling and could be used as a sub in multiple positions without dropping his level of play.

CAM-Gotze- Enough Said...
Gundogan-If Gotze is impossible to get, then maybe his teammate will do. Ilkay is a player who can change the game in an instant. He is very effect when on the ball as he can dribble and pass with confidence. While a bit on the small size, he has the agility to surpass this obstacle.
Honda-A player who doesn't get much praise, Honda is actually very similar to Gundogan. The differences are that Honda is 5 years older, but also that he is among the best free kick takers in the world.

RW/LW- Lucas- Enough Said...
Ibarbo-Ibarbo is a bit underrated. He has World-Class speed, capable strength, and great ball control. His crossing and passing aren't what you would hope but this doesn't take away the explosiveness of this player who could potentially change a game.
Armero-Like his fellow colombian, Armero has amazing speed. Difference is that Armero has great ability to cross the ball and can also defend. Can play LB just as well.
Deulofeu- One of the greatest prospects in the world, he could become one of the best in the world and help the team immensely.

Fwd- Muniain-A 19 year old who is now among the best in the world, Muniain is the best young FWD since Torres himself. He is fast, can dribble but more importantly can score. Even though the kid weighs less then some women, he has amazing balance when running so he's hard to get off the ball.
Muriel- Last Colombian, I swear. For me, Muriel has the potential to be better then another certain Colombian Fwd. He has the speed to get behind any Defense, the dribbling to break down any tactic and the finishing to score from any position. Great player.
