Marc Bulger was just released by the ST.Louis Rams, supposedly clearing up space for rookie Sam Bradford, bad move if you ask me. At the very least, you keep him around and let him mentor Bradford, not to mention he had just signed a 6 year deal in 2006, so he's not walking away empty handed. This is a big mistake being that they have needs a other positions with players that could of been on the team for a long time like a DT or a OL, if Bradford gets hurt or doesn't play up to the level that people think he can play at, he'll be out of this league in about four to five years Ala Joey Harrington or Akili Smith. Also, who was catching passes for the Rams last year...more crickets...oh yeah, Donnie Avery, he had 47 catches and 5 TD, those are numbers of teams slot receiver, Steven Jackson having 51 receptions avg about 6.3 yards per catch, meaning those were nothing but check downs and screens that went nowhere. And who's going to keep Bradford upright, they're offensive line gave up 44 sacks last year, yet the Rams thought it would be a good idea to draft a QB that has injury concerns, no primary receiver and a terrible OL, good luck Bradford, its best you take the Marshall Faulk approach.
