Will all 1st rounders please stand up

Year after year we see NFL teams draft players who they believe will change their franchise's fortune and fill seats. Taking a look at temas and their 1st round picks, I don't know who's to blame for teams that just don't strike gold, not even bronze, they get rubble in return, and a nice 1-2 year setback. I look at the Broncos, my team and their fortunes. Last year we had two 1st rounders, two chances to really improve our team, I was hoping for two defense players to really get the D up to speed in the 3-4. Instead we grabbed Knowshon Moreno and Robert Ayers. If we were to choose a RB in the 1st round, I wanted Chris "Beanie" Wells because he was very balanced and ran hard, but I wasn't too disappointed, and was looking forward to seeing him play. The Ayers pick was very questionable, especially looking at what defensive players were available and all those who succeed him in production, both in college and after A year in the pros. I'm still hoping for best, prepared for the worst. This pick really set us back, us needing an immediate impact at LB or DE. Same with Jarvis Moss. So to all the Vernon Ghoston's of the world...Please Stand Up.
