Jaguars just released 3 time pro bowler Tra Thomas, Torry Holt and Rob Meier. Tra Thomas would be a good sign for, we could move him over to guard if Ben Hamilton decides to retire, I believe he would be a upgrade over Hochstein. Antonio Pierce was released by the Giants this week, he's not too fast anymore but, he is a smart player and leader much like a Ray Lewis type that has has good instincts. I know were trying to rebuild and adding another 30+ player to the defense doesn't help, but he can really add some leadership to our defense.
Adding Pierce allows D.J Williams to move back to his ideal position at OLB adding more speed to the outside. Starting lineup would be Pierce and Davis at ILB, Williams+Ayers SLB, Haggan+Dumerville WLB, Peterson RE, Reid LE, Fields NT,and the secondary remains the same, but I think McBath should be starting.

I'm not a Bronc's fan, but they had a solid D last year. They should try and upgrade the O, especially because I think they are going to lose 21-catch-Brandon Marshall.

I would agree, but I have a funny feeling that were not letting Marshall go. Owner Pat Bowlen said he would like the have Marshall back, but he took the approach of The Roman(biblical term) and washed his hands of it, if it were to blow up in his face. The risk is too big for Coach McDaniels, and if no upside comes of the trade, he is as good as gone.
