The 2012 Cincinnati Reds are looking like the 2010 NL Central Champions, if not better. The Reds have jumped out of the gates early in the '12 season. After 20 games in the young season, Cincinnati has brought their bats...batting .274 as a team (7th best in the ML). But the bats aren't the only thing carrying this young team, with a 3.14 ERA the Reds are 4th best in pitching the ML behind Cueto, Arroyo, and Bailey, who are all sporting ERA's around 1.00, not to mention LHP Aroldis Chapman who hasn't given up a run in 7 IP this year. The Reds are 8-2 against NL Central opponents, 6 of the wins against rivals St. Louis, the Reds have been untouchable against the Cards, only allowing 3.7 runs per games. The Redlegs are looking for a repeat of the Central, and so far things are looking up, as they are 5 games up on the Brew Crew through 20 games.
