Cavs 8-2 since Deadline Deal

As you know, the Cavaliers had a "win now" mentality going into the trade deadline two weeks ago. That mentality landed them PG Chauncey Billups, SF/SG Trevor Ariza and C Greg Oden.

Some thought that it might take a few weeks for the new players to gel with the current players, however, that could not be further from the truth. Billups and Ariza have taken to their bench roles perfectly and Greg Oden has been a monster at the Center position. The Cavaliers have gone 8-2 since the trade, and have beaten the 45-11 Miami Heat twice in the last two weeks.

The trade seems to have given this team that "swag" and veteran leadership that they were lacking.
