1.progression and potential change depending on your stats from year to year.
I noticed that for the most part alot of the player progression and regression is the same every year no matter how well or terrible you do. i understand the decline of aged players, but younger guys could change depending on the type of year they had. this could also work for potential. if a D potential prospect has a breakout year maybe his potential changes. this would add an element to the draft as well.
2.the ability to put a mandatory lineup spot for players even when you have it on auto lineups.
all year i watch my brother switch Matt Kemp to 3rd in the batting order because he is moved to lead off all the time. we don't want to constantly stop to do every lineup change, but if you can put a mandatory spot on any batter you want it would fix that problem.
3.more high potential players in late draft rounds.
its so nice to get a steal in the draft and after the first round i feel lucky to get a C potential player. changes to the potentials for players with breakout years would help with this also.
4.A delete all mail options
5.i like the computer trades, but my younger brother says to cut them down a bit.
6.Base running fix.
I might be doing something wrong, but when i have men on base, in force out situation and i hit a ground ball (even on an obvious base hit through the whole) the runners go back to the base and get thrown out before i can hit L1 and get them to run. instead of 1st and 3rd, i get a force out at 2nd.
that's what i have so far. add any new ideas you might have and maybe they will end up on a patch or on the next great MLB The Show!!!
