What all Sports games need to have

in our quest for a real sim sports gaming experience, all sports games, EA Sports, 2K Sports, and SCEA should have for our playing pleasures

1 Custom music
this is a must, (see NHL hockey EA), give us as many catagories as u can think of, and we should be able to make playlist that the game would randomly choose from... clearly the best way to go...

2 control of all teams/and rosters in a franchise
