The online dynasty recruiting has been broke like this for the past three years. The only one that can recruit offseason with any kind of success is the commissioner. In mine, a guy had a recruit insta commit, week two it showed that he didnt even contact him. I contacted ea about this, but they just blew me off. They didnt even try to help with the issue.
