-Chrome_305 .ROS resigner is needed for all 2K13 Hex editing so obviously BIG thanks to him.

-Set up your Hex program with a 68 byte window (see pic)
this makes it so every line is a uni set-up.

-Teams start at offset "0017E090"

-for the larger pictures right click and open in new tab to view better.

-sock color can be edited in column 8.

-collar editing is a combination of column 7 and 8 although most teams can be edited with just column 8.

-Shoe Base, Team Color 1, Team Color 2, Headband

F* XX XX XX F* XX XX XX F* XX XX XX F* XX XX XX

"F" byte before color is now a part of the color code.

or FF FF FF FF (brighter white, best for accessories)

Royal Blue = F8 03 5D B7

Navy Blue = F8 01 6B 17

Sky Blue = FF ED C9 3F
