You need to do one of two things....

Either take the roster....and remove the 15 players you don't want on the MLB roster and add them back on .....the first day of the regular season
OR
Before finishing the last day of Spring Training....send the 15 players from the 40 man roster that are not on the pitching staff or in the lineups(25 man active roster) to the minor league levels.
If you leave more than 25 players on the MLB level for that last day...the CPU will be forced to fix the lineups if it sends down a player that is listed in the lineups.

No. Sorry, not doing 2K13 this year. Staying with 2K12. Hopefully someone else will pick this project up. Take care!
