With the addition of Michael Jordan to the Wizards roster, coach Flip Saunders announced that they would go with a three-guard line-up with MJ, Gilbert Arenas, and rookie John Wall at the point. Saunders has said he wants to run and play an exciting brand of basketball.
Asked his thoughts on the looks of his Wizards team on paper with the release of the 2011 roster, Jordan said
"I'm coming back to teach these guys how to win, and win the right way. I also have my own goal to win at least one more ring. I've got my six, but Kobe's gettin' too close," Jordan said with that all-too familiar sly grin on his face. "I figure I've got 5 good years left, and I'm gonna make the most of them."
The 35-year old star has been out of the game for a couple years, but says he maintained his rigorous workout schedule during the brief retirement.
