He has been called a freak all his life. He grew up an awkward kid, not fitting in anywhere until one day he found himself on a basketball court. From there he fell in love with the game and dreamed of becoming the greatest NBA center in the history of basketball.

He played college ball at University of California Santa Barbara. He studied the history of the game. He watched film on the dominance of Wilt Chamberlain, the sky hook of Kareem and the dream shakeof Hakeem. He built is game after the power of Shaq, the fundamentals of Duncan, the athleticism of Dwight and the intensity of KG.
