Does it bother anyone that there is prolly going to be blackouts in Jacksonville this year? First I feel sorry for Jacksonville fans being a Chicago Blackhawks fan and having to go through it because of a crazy owner, and how it ruined the sport in this city for awhile.
But what they did in making Jacksonville build that huge stadium for everything else is basically ransom. And they taxed the hell out of the people in Jacksonville for it. Crazy and not right. Then Goodell talks about that they have to do it and blah blah blah. I like Rog but thats crazy and not right.
I know this has nothing to do with video games but it is just b.s.
Sorry to rant about non video games and about a team i don't really care about but its not right.

The NFL should change their black out policy. What upsets me the most is Direct TV's league pass. They promote their service as being able to bypass NFL blackouts.... NOT TRUE! If you live in the area of a team that has not fulfilled their season ticket holder sales, you are out of luck. In the end the league is ultimately shooting themselves in the foot.

There are only 16 games a year, only 8 home games. Blacking out any games is ridiculous. I live in an area where we get two teams' games free of blackouts, Green Bay and Chicago. The fact that not enough people in the southeast subscribe to the Jaguars that their games won't be on TV is ridiculous in this day and age.

As bbauer pointed out, the Jags pretty much screwed themselves when they spent all that taxpayer money on a new stadium. It really ticked a lot of people off, and the Jags descent into the AFC South basement coupled with no real changes in the off season has people even more ticked at the organization this year.

As a Titans fan, I think it's a shame that the Jags look like they are in for another down year, because there was a time a few years ago when the AFC South was the best division in football and the Jags were near the top with the Colts and Titans.
If things don't turn around quickly, I wouldn't be surprised if Jacksonville ends up getting moved a few years down the road.
