Madden 21, I can't believe it's still missing this.

Let me first start with the fact that I'm sure I'm in the minority when it comes to this, but the lack of a referees is killing me. It seems the team at Madden is the only sports gaming company that can't or won't do it. The show has them, 2K has them, FIFA has them, even UFC has them albeit the fight is coming from the refs POV. If there's other sports titles that doesn't have them that I didn't mention, it's because I don't play them.
I'm honestly not sure why they don't add them. I can't act like its an easy fix because I don't know that to be true, but seriously an NPC that avoids all other characters is all it takes with an occasional tossing of a yellow flag.
I'm not going to go on about the sidelines looking wrong because its a moot point. But they are pedestrian too.
I just know if we get this franchise mode info and they don't address Offensive, Defensive, and Special Teams coaches I may lose my cool. With this bland between game button mashing options. They better have a true match up screen also like in NCAA.
Okay I'm stepping down off my soapbox now.
