After a so-so preseason, going 1-3; The St. Louis Rams have finally reached the regular season. Coming off of a 7-9 season, one game away from making the playoffs, the Rams are hungry for a playoff appearance. With 2nd year QB and former 1st overall pick Sam Bradford at the helm, they like their chances in the NFC West. The depth chart on opening day looks like this:

With a logjam at WR, the decision was made to bring in veteran WR Terrell Owens and cut lose injury prone WR Mark Clayton. Mardy Gilyard performed well in the preseason, but was the odd man looking in.

Keith Bullock fills a well needed hole at OLB. He'll solidify the position for the next couple of seasons, giving the Rams time to find a solid starter for the long term.

MLB Lofa Tatupu provides a very capable back-up to young promising MLB James Laurinatis. He was signed to a one-year contact and will play a big role on special teams.
