Western Michigan (2-1) @ Syracuse (2-2)

Syracuse welcomes the Broncos to town after the loss to Clemson. Western Michigan is a decent football team but should have trouble scoring on the Orange defense and definitely slowing down DeVito and the Orange offense. Look for DeVito to make amends for a bad last game and come out to lead an emphatic win.

The Orange won big at home versus the Broncos. Western Michigan showed fight early and was down only 7 midway through the second quarter before things fell apart. JR QB Tommy DeVito was surgical, throwing for 200 yards and 4 touchdowns while running for another 130 and 2 scores. SR HB Markenzy Pierre had trouble getting going but still finished near the century mark on the ground. SR WR Aaron Noel had yet another touchdown on a improvisation by DeVito in the first half. The defense played well, only allowing 17 points of their own. SR DE Kingsley Jonathan has continued to be a menace that no opposing line wants to face. Next week the Orange continue ACC play, seeking some cushion between them and the .500 mark.
