NBA: Did you know?

Back in the in the 1991-92 Season the Portland Trail Blazers changed their uniforms to more modern version of what the version from previous seasons. It was a very cool uniform.

The funny fact is that they are the only team (that I know) in NBA history to make modifications to their jerseys during the same season.

They started wearing a jersey with the team name "Blazers", player surnames and numbers fonts in black with a red background.







Later on that same season the switched the colors of the fonts the other way round, red with black background and kept using those uniforms until the early 2000's.





Just a curious fact from NBA history.


P.S.
For the record, I liked the initial ones more (black fonts with red background)

Thanks for the comments guys! So that means that you would like to see a change to red to the font in the Blazer's current home unis? LOL
