Two of my favorite things are sports and gaming. I’ve been playing since the days of RBI baseball and Tecmo Super Bowl on the NES. A few years ago i found out about communities where people make retro, or classic, rosters for sports games like MLB the Show, Madden, NBA2k and WWE2k. I have spent a considerable amount of time creating some of my own as well.

The game that got me hooked on playing through the year and keeping track of stats was NCAA 97 for Sony Playstation. Ever since, me and a friend would play through multi year dynasties, watching our teams grow as we fought over the best recruits.

Throughout the years I always kept detailed track of stats, standings, etc as i went. I have completed a number of various baseball (MLB The Show), football (Madden/ NCAA) and basketball seasons (NBA2k). By far the most i have done is college football, specifically my favorite team, the Oregon Ducks.

I recently got into booking my own matches in WWE2k’s Universe mode and seeing how they play out, again consisting of a retro roster from my youth.
